Exposure visit to Chennai Marina Beach was arranged and ARAM children spent a full day outside ARAM home. They had fun playing and happily watched the people around at the beach.
May 2019
A skill training program which included personal hygiene, behaviour issues, observation, interaction and acceptance was given to our children at CWC Thiruvallur and Chennai.
June 2019
The water crisis was rising in Chennai and water management was the need of the hour. Dr.Sharmila spoke out to children and staff of PUMS on conservation of water, the importance of rainwater harvesting and planting trees.
July 2019
An awareness program on self-responsibility was conducted for students of class 6 to 9 at a Government High School in Kathirvedu by Ms Madhumitha Gomathinayagam under our project-Malargalin Magilchi.
August 2019
Independence Day was celebrated with ARAM children and supplementary education children. The flag was hoisted by Mr Raja and Mr Mani and they were the judges for the speech competitions. The dance was performed by Kathirvedu school children as entertainment.
September 2019
Mrs. Manjula Devi (CSR Head, TCS) lighted the lamp and inaugurated our Annual Day celebration. She enjoyed all the programs and competition with our ARAM children. She motivated all the government school children to study very well and assured that any kind of support would be provided by her team.
Rotary club fest was organized at MIT College for special needs children. Events like drawing, Rangoli and dancing competitions were organized and our ARAM children won many prizes.
October 2019
Saraswathi pooja was celebrated with ARAM children and staff, the Almighty was thanked for giving such wonderful children and everyone prayed for their well being
Activity visit by KRM special school normal children to ARAM was arranged. They visited ARAM to observe how the activities are scheduled for Aram Special children.
Diwali was celebrated at ARAM with the CTTE college student’s team. They played and entertained them for one day. A fun time for ARAM children.
November 2019
-Welcoming winter season we give Nilavembu Kashayam to our ARAM children to improve their immunity.
-Children Day was celebrated with guests- Mr.Rajaseker and Mrs Lion Uma Jagathesh from Lions club. They spent some valuable time with our children.
-Concern India organized para Olympic for special needs children. Our ARAM children got an opportunity to participate and win certificates.
December 2019
Talent Hunt 2019 was arranged with guests- Mr Rajeshkannan (Department of fire and safety), Mr Sandeep (Ashok cars and finance), Mr Shyam Krishan (Comcast India PVT) and children with special needs and awareness talent participated and showcased their talents. Prizes were distributed and encouraged.

ARAM well-wishers celebrated this New Year at ARAM. Home for special children by cutting the cake and distributing sweets.
Pongal celebration was with Dr Mythili (Senior psychiatrist at Kilpauk medical hospital) who was our chief guest and with many children from our supplementary group.
February 2020
Founder’s day was celebrated at our ARAM; special children and supplementary children storytelling competition was organized by Lion’s club Mr Lion Jagadesh and his team interacted with children.

Women’s day celebration at PUMS, Puzhal with Mrs Sunitha (CWC, Member Thiruvallur) and Sharmila Ramadurai (Priya Metals) who also participated in the program.
